The Pet Co. uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to ensure that all personal data—including your name, address, and contact details—is encrypted before being transmitted over the internet. This prevents unauthorized parties from accessing your information.

2. Secure Payment Processing To ensure maximum security for your financial data:

• We do not store your full bank account or credit card details on our servers.

• For GCash and BDO transfers, transactions are verified manually against your unique Order ID to prevent unauthorized billing.

• All automated payment gateways used by the system are PCI-DSS Compliant, the highest global standard for secure electronic payments.

3. Information Usage Your data is used strictly for order fulfillment, delivery logistics, and account management. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party marketing agencies.

Refund Policies

1. 30-Day Return Window We want you and your pet to be 100% satisfied. You may return any unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened bags of food or treats.

• Used grooming products or toys showing signs of wear.

• Sale or clearance items.

3. Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method (GCash or Bank Transfer) within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at thepetco@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
